FINANCIAL PLANNING

"RG146" is the abbreviation of "Regulatory Guide 146" which outlines the minimum education requirements individuals must have before being able to provide adv ice (general and/or personal advice) to retail clients as stipulated under the Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA). The training requirements are governed by the Australian Securities Investments Commission (ASIC) and a copy of the RG146 can be downloaded now <RG146 Document>.

The Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) is the entry level qualification requirements for those seeking to provide financial planning advice to retail clients.
