The Advanced Diploma of Business aims to develop the managerial skills of individuals so that they can increase their involvement in the establishment and implementation of the strategic direction of the organisation in order to increase its sustainable competitive advantage and global competitiveness.
Overview of the Course
The Business Management program is ideal for middle or senior managers who are involved in the formulation of the strategic direction of the organisation and, at an operational level, are responsible for developing and managing the implementation of operational and tactical plans.
This course will open up a wide variety of positions at the middle management level. Small businesses and large companies also seek the valuable and practical skills acquired through studying this course.
Successful completion of the Advanced Diploma of Business Management will be eligible to apply for memberships of the Australian Institute of Management.
Course Duration
Full-time: 2 Semesters of study.
Application Process
Applications can be made direct to the International Institute of Technology. Course intakes are twice per year and are structured in such a way that students may join at a number of other times during the semester.
It may be possible to obtain Exemptions and Credit Transfers. These include the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition of Current Competence (RCC). RPL and RCC acknowledge any previous relevant training or education you may have done, or any relevant work or life experience you may have gained, through granting various exemptions or credit transfers.
